The description of how to use the lockbox was very informative, and the welcome notes provided were excellent. However, the pictures were not visible in the email, only the additional attached images about parking. This was not an issue for me, but it could be for other guests.

The exterior cover for the lockbox was very hard to use. It was difficult to place over the lockbox and left your hands extremely dirty. The duvet and pillows were left like memory foam and were uncomfortable, reducing the quality of sleep.

Facilities were great, clean and tidy. Central to Stafford and plenty of shops within a mile.

Great location for working in Stafford, plenty of local amenities and food options. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and very helpful,
