* 老闆服務親切 健談 * 頂樓有簡易茶點 飲品 水果 * 入住時房間已開啟空調 貼心 * 住宿對面就是很大的特約停車 很方便 * 附近是礁溪鬧區 匿食 逛街都方便

* 房間有浴缸可以泡澡 只是要把水放到7分滿 費時不少

配合走路3分鐘的路易莎一人一百元餐券覺不錯, R樓有自助點心.飲料吧還有冰淇淋和飲水機.一樓櫃台人員親切

房間有年代感清潔衛生普通(二樓至一樓的樓梯邊都是粉塵)(浴室邊邊發霉,水龍頭汙垢, 浴缸漏水很慢 無法同時沖澡和準備泡澡)
