The property is well located next to the pier in Koh touch beach and many convenient shops, restaurants and more. The staff is friendly and helpful, the bathrooms are kept clean and trashcans emptied in time , upon check in you’re given a towel and can refresh the towel as needed so that’s great. Overall it’s satisfactory

However to get to the hostel you need to get up around 80-100 steep steps that don’t look too safe they are very uneven and vary in height with no guardrails which is a dangerous fall hazard should you miss a step down. the fall could result in serious injuries or even irreparable harm. Given that there is no other way up , steps could at least be properly constructed and up to safety standards with guardrails. An other thing is that the AC is turned off everyday from 11am to 7pm making the rooms very hot and uncomfortable during some of the hottest hours of the day given the fact that the rooms have no window with poor ventilation so it’s impossible to take a mid day nap. I don’t understand why it is but if it’s about saving energy or lowering electricity bill at least have powerful fans in the room, or add 25 cents to every item on your menu to cover the electricity bill instead of making guests suffer.

Le restaurant est excellent !! Le personnel est très gentil. La vue d'en haut sur l'île est sublime. L'emplacement est correct.

Il faut de bonne condition physique pour vivre dans cet hôtel puisqu'un énorme escalier est à gravir pour arriver aux chambres et au restaurant. Les chambres sont sales ( trace jaunes dans l'évier, calcaire, clim qui fuit sur le mur, fenêtre de la salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas présence de fourmis constante ! ). Environnement très bruyant ( coqs qui hurlent toutes la journée dès tôt le matin et famille avec de jeunes enfants bruyants jusqu'à très tard vivant juste en dessous de l'hôtel ). Ruelle pour atteindre l'hôtel peu ragoûtante et effrayante.

A entrada do hostel não é apelativa, rua estreita e bastante íngreme e transmite uma primeira impressão pouco cuidada. Além disso, os quartos não correspondem às fotografias apresentadas online, o que gera expectativas que depois não são cumpridas. Em relação à roupa de cama, não havia lençol de cima, apenas um cobertor polar, o que não me pareceu adequado para um país com clima tropical. A fronha da minha almofada estava suja e uma das minhas colegas de quarto recebeu uma toalha com manchas, o que demonstra falta de atenção à limpeza. Considero que o hostel tem margem para melhorar bastante, sobretudo ao nível da higiene, manutenção do espaço.

Wir hatten einen insgesamt gemischten Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr zentrale Lage, die ein einfaches Erkunden der Umgebung ermöglicht. Unser Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und besonders der Balkon war schön und hat den Aufenthalt aufgewertet. Im Hostel gibt es außerdem einen Bereich, in dem man essen und trinken kann, sowie Spiele und Bücher zur freien Nutzung, was wir als nette Ergänzung empfunden haben. Leider gab es auch deutliche Nachteile: Wir hatten mehrmals Kakerlaken im Zimmer, was sehr unangenehm war. Außerdem hat das Badezimmer zeitweise unangenehm gerochen. Insgesamt waren wir daher nur teilweise zufrieden, da die negativen Punkte den Aufenthalt spürbar beeinträchtigt haben.
