Skybar Koh Rong

Un poco caro, cómo todo en Koh Rong. Las instalaciones están bien y la comida del bar también.

Food is very good and they do very nice western food if you want a change from local cuisine. It can be difficult to find restaurants that don’t leave raw meat on display in the sun all day with no ice etc so we were worried about food poisoning, so we ate at the hostel restaurant every night and had no problems.

We were first given a dorm with no bathroom, the nearest communal one being outside up some steep steps where there was 1 wet room. If that is full there are more bathrooms but you have to climb more steep steps and go through to the back of the bar/restaurant area so not ideal if it is the middle of the night. We asked to move rooms and our second room with an en-suite was much better. Air con is turned off between 11am-7pm which is really uncomfortable in this heat. Also have to climb about 100 steep steps in the heat to reach the hostel. Staff aren’t very helpful and spend most of their time sitting around drinking and smoking.

El hostel tenia una zona en común muy linda, sin embargo, el baño de las habitaciones no estaba limpio. Lo que más me gusto fue la zona en común. Para llegar tenes que subir muchas escaleras, sin embargo, el personal te ayuda a subir las maletas si lo pedis.

Staff is wonderful and the dorm was nice. The stairs are completely okay, even with bags and if you need they can help you.

The bathroom smelt a bit like sewers

The location was central to the beach, bars & restaurants. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortably.

The stairs to get to the rooms, bar & reception but it’s not called skybar for a reason & you do get use to climbing them.

Établissement bien situé en face de la jetée. La vue des espaces communs est superbe. Chambre personnelle assez grande et confortable. Les équipements mériterait d’être réparés (pommeau de douche, rouleau papier toilette…) Gros point négatif aucun ménage n’a été réalisé en 4j entre le sable, les poubelles qui déborde et le papier toilette qui s’accumule c’est dégoûtant.
