The apartment is beautifully appointed With very modern facilities and fittings .. The shower is amazing. Lilliana is a very gracious host who looks after your every need …Fanatstic location and near many excellent restaurants and bars. Very near the Sassis. Highly recommended.

There is an issue with the address link on Booking.com site. It takes you to # 133 of # 33..so best to enter address manually.

Liliana has created a beautiful luxury space with every possible detail covered. The location is fantastic right in the middle of the sassi, perfect for exploring all that Matera has to offer.

The location of the property was superb. We had both rooms, which were either side of the kitchen area. Our host, Lilliana, met us on site to show us around and point out places of interest. She also recommended a couple of places for dinner. We went to Bollicine Bistrot and enjoyed it very much. And it was lovely to sit on the terrace to watch the world go by while we enjoyed the pre-dinner drinks left by Lilliana.

Nothing with the property itself. Just a mix up with the link to the address which took us to #133 instead of #33 although the link indicated the correct address. It meant we had a longer walk from the car park than we should have - in actual fact the car park is quite close. Lilliana was going to investigate the issue with the link so I imagine it's been rectified now.

Everything was perfectly clean and fresh. Big enough space, exceptional apartment equipment, comfortable beds, big shower and well equipped kitchen.

A perfect location in the Sassi, close to the action but still quiet, with easy access to all of Matera’s attractions. Good Wi-Fi, comfortable bed and terrific shower in a big bathroom. The apartment was beautiful and very generously stocked with coffee, toiletries and breakfast items and a welcoming Prosecco.

The kitchen isn’t as well equipped as the listing suggests, with just a single plug-in hot plate and microwave in a common kitchen shared by two rooms (that each have their own fridge). We had the property to ourselves so were able to take over the kitchen, but that may not always be the case.

Great location with lots of good restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.

Great location, super nice apartment with everything you need. The owner is super kind

The apartment was stunning and in a perfect location in Matera. It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk from the centre. We really loved the layout of the room and the shower is lovely. The apartment has everything you may need and there are cafes nearby to have a nice breakfast at. 10/10 recommend staying here!

The only small downsides for us were the relatively late check in starting time in winter (when the sun sets early) and that there is no parking at the accommodation. Otherwise the accommodation was wonderful!
