The main downside is the way you are treated by the host, he is nice and accomodating but he needs to check his threats before you even come. If you don't leave the appartment shinning new, polished, spotless he will chase you and he threatens you many times to take a lot of money in case. We had no issues but the tone is a bit concerning. Moreover to his requests, in this appartment and there's, No toiletries no cleaning equipment, no trash bags. So should we also buy all the cleaning equipment?

It was spacious and we had iron and hair drier as well. Clean sheets and extra blankets and pillows for whatever you prefer. The owner is very easy to reach. Easy access and very close to the river and metro station. Huge TV and even welcome chocolate.
