Vigne di Scanzo

Excellent stay for a family of 4, highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet holiday away from the crowds (the lakes are not far in driving distance, should you wish to visit, and they are beautiful). This apartment looks new and is located in a in a small village (there is one local restaurant) - from the apartment balcony you are looking at a mountain, so there is zero street noise as the big roads are far away and the apartment building is located at the end of a blind street. The apartment was spotless clean, beds were comfortable and it had all necessities (bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, soap, some salt/pepper/oil etc.). The owner was very responsive through WhatsApp. We can recommend this place. P.s. Note that according to Italian law regulations, the owner would ask you for a copy of your ID (one for full family) in order to register the visitors with the authorities. We found this a bit odd in the beginning as it’s a private rental and not a hotel, but we chose to comply.

The air condition is only available in the bedroom and it was rather loud even if activated a “quiet mode”, but the noise is constant, and our family managed to sleep trough it.

Very nice view and area surrounded by nature. Very good bus service to the city as well.
