Large room, clean, serviced daily, small safe in the room, two bottles of water daily, very small but useable fridge

No tea or coffee, Four small hand towels, no shower towels

Value for money, spacious room, separate bathroom and toilet

Limited parking space

Very good location for very little money, within walking distance from many places, very well connected and it has plenty of restaurants and convenient stores all around.

The room was a bit dirty, the towels smell rather bad, and the windows had a lot of marks of hands all over, then we found some hairs that were not ours.

The location is near Shilla duty free store

The hotel address on booking app is totally wrong, it wasted me 30mins to struggle to get to hotel, even hotel name is wrong either, that is really ridiculous, the hotel name is "Hotel with Jeju Korea", but when acrually it showed"Hotel with city", really disappointed, to both of hotel and booking platform. Bye

Location was good and they had a great breakfast buffet, we had to pay for breakfast but it was very good, the rooms were comfortable and well lit.

They give you hand towels for showering and no robes, so you are stuck using a tiny hand towel to dry yourself after you shower. Also the shower is literally 2x2 so if you are a little larger than the average Asian, you will not be able to close and open the shower door without you squeezing between the wall and the door. Very uncomfortable.

Shower and toilet area is too cramped. Hallways are too dark! Sound proofing is not the best, we can hear people talking outside.
