The Lookout Triplex at Cabanas 11

The location is really good. Close to the beach and all amenities in the area.

The property is in serious need of some renovations. The kitchen cupboards are not in good condition, and the furniture is not in good condition. The couches are ripped and just covered with throws. I had to wash the kitchen equipment, as some of it was dirty, and just put it back in the cupboard. The parking garage is too small for my car to fit, and there is no parking in the complex; I had to use street parking. Overall a disappointing stay.

The views were awesome

Position of the flat was great.

Most bathroom fixtures (including shower bracket) are loose. Battled to open some doors. And bed cover sheet had stains on them. The agents should have a look themselves and check these letting properties. That's what they get paid for.

I loved the view and the place. It's very close to the beach and what they advertise is what you get. Very peaceful and amazing.

The toilets were upstairs so if you had an emergency it made it a bit uncomfortable.

location was lovely.

It would be nice to have some blankets to throw over your knees in the evenings. It was a bit noisy. Some guests do not follow the rules.

We had a great stay. Clean and comfortable except for the stairs. Sea view is great. Close to shops/restaurants etc. Nice area at top floor to braai though lots of stairs to get stuff up there and back down.

Front door was hard to open and close without waking up the neighbors. Spiraling stairs to get from living area to bedroom/bathroom and again to top bathroom won't be good for older people. Monkeys have adapted to even get to the roof so nothing can be left open or outside.
