Di Schino House

Ottima la posizione, pieno centro storico; molto gradita la colazione anche se il bar convenzionato era non vicinissimo alla casa; alloggio piccolo, in pratica un monolocale ma noi avevamo chiesto almeno una camera in più; bagno piccolissimo, appena sufficiente; nessun ascensore, scale ripide, strette e scomode per raggiungere l'alloggio.

Dimensioni alloggio e raggiungibilità.

Monolocale situato nei vicoletti centrali della città, posizione comodissima per il lungo mare a 800m dalla spiaggia principale. Host veramente disponibile e super suggerito per consigli su parcheggi, ristoranti e cose da fare.

Bagno ricavato in un sottoscala, se siete più alti di 1,90 sarà dura utilizzarlo. Cucina attrezzata al minimo sindacale e nessun materiale per dare una pulita autonomamente durante il soggiorno.

Camera ampia con diversi confort tipo: frigo, aria condizionata, tv.

Bagno con soffitto molto basso, lenzuola sintetiche e cuscini poco comodi.

Pulizia e affabilità del proprietario , tutto perfetto.

Mancanza del bidet nella stanza ma per il resto tutto perfetto, ci siamo lavati con la doccia!

The owners were friendly, waited for me at the street and even helped me with the suitcase because there were only stairs in the old building For the good price you get a big bedroom, a breakfast in a nearby café and also the WiFi worked well The location is good, it's close to shops. A parking place, the Gaeta Medivale and the harbour are all accessible within 1-2 km

The fridge was loud during the night but obviously it's better to have one than not having one I thought there was no bin in the room but ultimately I found it on the balcony behind the curtains The bathroom was small but it wasn't a problem, it's due to the old building So these are just minor things, in general the stay was really great

The owner was incredibly nice and helped us with anything we needed.

The room didn’t have air conditioning as we had thought and the room was on the last floor. It got very hot during the night. We had two fans. The Wi-Fi shut down for 3 hours and there was no service whatsoever so we couldnt contact anyone or use our phones for anything.

Few poor facilities, and very dated room, lacked in decor

location perfect Hosts were there to meet us at bus station promptly and accompanied us personally to the apartment where they gave us a detailed explanation of all.
