The Galla Hotel

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, ich konnte gleich an der Rezeption Tickets für das Speedboat nach Koh Phayam kaufen, auch die Abholung am nächsten Morgen war pünktlich. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, es war nur ziemlich laut, weil das Hotel an einer viel befahrenen Staße liegt. Das koreanische Restaurant im Hotel bietet sehr leckere Speisen zu guten Preisen. Für einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg auf die Inseln perfekt, Ranong selbst habe ich mir nicht angesehen.

The gym was good.

I had to pay 200THB because I arrived an hour (1!!!) early but they didn't tell me it's an early-check-in-fee, just that this is something that needs to be paid. So i assumed it's a deposit for the keys... Well it wasn't, as they explained to me afterwards. My balcony was a pigeon hotspot and thus i couldn't step outside as it was full of bird secretions. The building has never heard of soundproofing so you hear everything and anything. If you turn the AC on, it gets so loud you can also feel vibrations a bit. And because it's right next to a main road you also hear all the cars and bikes (and pigeons discussing whatever pigeons tend to discuss) Someone needs to look at the pool, it's so full of stuff

Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Alles sauber. Lage war gut, aber 10-15 Minute zur Ruangrat Rd wo sich viele Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden, z.B. Farmhouse und MB Restaurant.

Frühstück war okay, Auswahl könnte besser sein.

Gute Einrichtung, bequemes Bett....hilfreiches personal
