Pienso que el personal puede estar más atento. pero en General bien. Tuve un incidente con un picadura de Raya (leve por suerte) y no recibí atención del equipo del hotel como huésped. Sería bueno que consideren tener equipo médico disponible, ya que es un sitio maravilloso pero muy lejos de la ciudad y centros hospitalarios. sería un gran plus para ustedes. Lástima no pensamos en ello, hasta que nos pasa. El lugar es muy bueno y por supuesto volvería pero si nos ofrecen seguridad médica sería mucho mejor.

BEPool and bar / restaurant area were excellent and attractive. Beach front was also excellent.
Rooms are hot and if we used the airco, it blew straight onto the bed. We woke up with sore muscles and throats.

The place was loud, the music was very loud all night. The rooms are very small. The price to stay here is not worth the money at all. The pool was dirty with grime, even shortly after it was closed for cleaning. The reception was a ling wait to be attended to. Very poor hotel. Much better places to stay in Venao
