"Ubicación perfecta y casa bonita"

La ubicación, excepcional. A la casa no le falta detalle. Tiene todos los servicios y está decorada muy bonita. El baño, genial. La cocina tiene de todo.

Una de las 3 habitaciones es interior, sin ventana. Está bien, pero hay q saberlo. La casa es algo calurosa y el aire acondicionado sólo está en la habitación del segundo piso.

Wir konnten am Anreisetag schon vormittags in die Wohnung. Lage ist für den Preis ziemlich zentral.

Sehr große und laute Baustelle direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Diese wird sicherlich noch sehr lange bleiben. Klimaanlage nur im Schlafraum im 2.OG. Schlafräume im 1.OG dadurch sehr warm und in Verbindung mit Baustellenlärm bei offenen Fenstern nicht zu empfehlen. Hier sollte nachgerüstet werden, da der kleine Schlafraum auch kein Fenster hat.
