"A gem of a place in the New Forest"

This is a gem of a find. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could need. Ian is a fabulous host and made sure we had all the info we needed and even left us some treats for when we arrived. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view absolutely beautiful. With ponies and cows just across the road to watch. Parking a bonus and location excellent to get to places easily. Lovely pub within walking distance. Lovely comfy beds and a wonderful shower. Would absolutely recommend if you're after a peaceful, beautiful place to stay while visiting the New Forest.

We only stayed 2 nights. I wish it could have been longer.

"Great Break"

Location, stunning with wild ponies roaming the open planes and even the local lanes.

"Excellent stay"

The views were amazing and the location was perfect for our trips to nearby activities and attractions. Off road parking was great as the space was really large.

Some noise came up through the bedroom floor when we went to sleep (we sleep early). I assume that the downstairs property's living room is directly below and that the noise was from the TV coming up through the floorboards.

"Super flat with lovely decor and space and great views"

Fantastically clean and well appointed with lovely views out the front over the moor. Ian was a very helpful host providing very prompt communications before we arrived and allowing us a late check out. The location was very convenient for exploring the New Forest and a great pub just 5 minutes walk away for lovely food and friendly atmosphere.

"Perfect place"

Everything was just perfect. Clean and cosy. The living room has an amazing sunset view in the evening and horses and donkeys grazing in the mornings. So beautiful!
