Park View Rooms and Relaxation

I absolutely love this little, and very friendly, B&B. Second visit here and already planning my next one. You cannot go wrong - short walk to the town, quiet location, fab rooms and a very pleasant stay!

The shared kitchen to allow self catering was inspired idea

Good accomodation..

Couldn’t fault it in any way! Such a beautiful spacious room which had everything you needed. Kitchen was well equipped with breakfast items and your own plates/cutlery to use. Loved the concept of communal kitchen, got to talk to another couple that was staying whilst eating. Bed was so comfortable! We wanted to stay in bed all day if we could. Bathroom nice and spacious. Lock was a little difficult to do but got the hang of it quick. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in Paignton!

This B&B is clean, central located, self service accomodation. The only problem is parking, which can be tricky. When we stayed there the weather is hot and sunny, and our room is up in the loft, so it was very warm, we have fan to cool the air, but AC perhaps is a better solution. The velux at the top floor is great for light, but not so good in the warm weather especially when it is not open. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and relaxing stay. Was so nice not having to get up early for breakfast. Having a shared kitchen was great,
