The staff we encounter were wonderful and very friendly. The gentleman, I cannot remember his name was very helpful. He checked us his and then met us at our room to make sure everything was clean and working. He showed us the pool, but it was too cold to swim. We had to call him back later to help us with the fan and the TV. I hit the wrong button on TV and did not know how to get it working. The next morning went to breakfast,, and we met Anna who was very nice and informative. She told us all about the history of the hotel. The food was terrific. First time eating scrambled eggs with spinach and cherry tomatoes, very good. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic. Very quiet.

Location was great, was able to walk to the grocery store when needed to. Customer service was phenomenal and they even let us pick the movie for the movie theater since we were the only ones interested in going! We were able to pick a kid appropriate movie for our 2 year old daughter! Breakfast was great and 2 year old approved. Pool seemed well maintained, children's room was great.

Still cleaned and made bed when put the do not disturb sign on the door, and then removed the do not disturb sign from our room. Seemed very odd as we had not prepared for house cleaning and had expensive electronics and personal items out.
