Victoria Apartments Stylish 3BR in Hartlepool

Victoria Apartments Stylish is a fantastic place at a very good location. The interior is modern and all in working order and the host was very helpful. However, it would be nice to have some leaflets of the main attractions in the area, which was fine. But, maybe a small pint of milk or some cereal could be provided. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and we will definitely book with Victoria Apartments Stylish again. :)

As mention above it was just the lack of information on the area and basic provision, but the place is fantastic.

Lots of space for what we needed.

During our stay, we experienced several issues that impacted our overall experience. The thermostats in each room would not exceed 13°C. As a result, the property was uncomfortably cold throughout our stay, and we were unable to adjust the heating to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the process required to access the property was lengthy and time-consuming. The volume of information requested prior to arrival felt excessive, and despite providing all necessary details, we did not receive the access instructions in a timely manner, even when we were nearby. Furthermore, we received frequent messages throughout the weekend, which felt somewhat intrusive. The stairs leading into the property had not been hoovered and could have been cleaner. The property was advertised as suitable for six adults; however, there were only three forks available, which seemed insufficient for the stated capacity. We also felt uncomfortable being questioned about the purpose of our stay and being asked to provide further justification. This came across as somewhat impersonal and unnecessary. Overall, while the house met our basic needs for the trip, the issues outlined above mean that we would not choose to return in the future.

Really helpful host

Very large and spacious apartment with good parking available.

There was no hairdryer in the apartment and only two normal glasses (rest was wine glasses).
