Nothing all good

We booked a private room with private bathroom. Everything was absolutely filthy. The toilet had pubic hair and urine all over it, there was hair in the sink and the shower, mould all over the bathroom. The bathroom door was jammed open. The sheets had not been changed, there were stains all over. The carpet was vomit worthy - there is no way they have vacuumed this room in MONTHS. I am not usually fussy, especially when booking budget accomodation. However there are some extremely basic needs which were not met. We lasted one hour here before making our way to new accommodation. It truely is appalling that they can charge people to stay here. We messaged the host and they said they can put us in another room instead of offering a refund, but why would we want to stay in another room knowing how filthy the current room was. I truely believe all of these 'good' reviews are FAKE. There is no way that this place even deserves a one star booking. Do not be tempted by the cheap price, there is much much much better out there. We ended up staying at Riad Fes Unique which was just a three minute walk away and so much better, much more comfortable.
