The house is very spacious with four bedrooms and two separate living room areas. It also has a large kitchen with dining tables both in the kitchen and the living/dining room. It also has a washer/dryer, which is always helpful on a length vacation.

When we got there the microwave wasn't working and hadn't been replaced during our stay. I'm sure this is my fault, but I didn't notice from the description that there was a flight of stairs to get to the actual living area. The only thing on the first floor was the washer/dryer. I believe it was also described as having views of the ocean or being on the beach. The beach is behind the house, but there is a large dune to get past with a lot of loose sand in order to get to it. My granddaughters had no problem, but I never could have done it. The water wasn't visible from the house at all. Also advertised was outside eating area with BBQ grill(s). There was a very old and splintery picnic table and two BBQ grills that were rusted out and dirty. This was probably my biggest disappointment, as I had planned to cook steaks on the grill while we were there.
