Kommunikation zum Einchecken funktioniert reibungslos. Nicht allzu weit von der Altstadt entfernt.

Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und es gibt keinen Lift, bei einem Bett hing die Matratze durch, wir mussten feststellen, dass 6 Latten vom Lattenrost herausgefallen waren. Dabei konnte festgestellt werden, dass Staub in sehr großem Umfang unter dem Bett war. Mein handwerklich geschickter Mann konnte zum Glück das Bett reparieren. Parkplatzsuche dauert sehr lange und ist nervenaufreibend.

Lepiej by było gdyby łazienka była na dole, ale nie było to też tak dużym problemem.

The location is great, it is practically in centre, easy to go anywhere and quick. There is public parking around the building and the streets (free during the night). Nice view, the apartment has everything you need.

Very steep stairs, no lift. A bit inconvenient that it has two floors - the stairs again very steep and narrow, and the bathroom is only on the top flor where the bedroom is (so if you're in the kitchen/living room) you have to go up - but better than being in the bedroom and having to go down in the middle of the night.

The Location

1. Parking near the apartment is nearly impossible—after 45 minutes of driving around, we ended up parking 900 meters away in paid public parking. 2. The apartment is on the fourth floor and the building doesn't have an elevator, which makes it quite inconvenient to reach with luggage, especially after walking nearly a kilometer with two 20-kilo suitcases. 3. Communication with the host was poor. I am writing in English, and the host is writing in Italian. Fortunately, there is Google Translate. 4. When I asked the host if there were any wine glasses, he seemed surprised and explained that a previous guest may have broken or taken them. He added that this isn’t a hotel, so I should stay calm. 5. There is no coffee machine, but a Moka. The host was again surprised when I explained those two are different things. 6. The most amusing part was discovering that no towels were prepared for us. The host, speaking Italian, authorized me to break the padlock on a cabinet in the dresser to get some towels.
