The building is in a good location. Plenty of food options close by. Free parking was provided. Place was very clean and tidy and well maintained. Harbour views were great and up quite high on Lvl 14.

The beds were very hard. It was quite cold and there is no air conditioning. The bathroom is very small for a 2 bdrm apartment. The carpark is extremely difficult to get in and out. Very tight. Suitable for a small car. The building itself is quite confusing to navigate. The host did provide most instructions with photos which without it would have been impossible. Overall it was good and priced accordingly. This is the only place we've stayed in Wellington though so to review it is difficult. It may be gold class compared to other places. But after travelling through the South Island staying in faultless accommodation then arriving in the North Island it just felt like a small step below.

Did have to re-read instructions to find key box a couple of times, but had read it was a bit tricky to find. Totally understandable as not many places to put for safety.

Location, location, location. We walked everywhere with no problems during our stay of a few days. We stayed in the autumn and the heaters were good. Great views from the windows and the balcony. Heated bathroom floor was nice. So many places to eat with lots of variety.

Cooling may be an issue in the summer. Parking was on site but a little tight for our Toyota Camry (depends on your skill level I guess). A smaller car would of been fine.
