"Very poor standards and we had 2 rooms. Both same issues, both checked out early. Worst we have ever stayed at."

Location was good.
It was extremely dirty, and foul smelling. We left a day early, booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Cobwebs and dirt on skirting, around toilet bowl and just generally unkept.

The owner of the place, Carmen is a lovely lady who help in whatever you need. She also runs the pub under the rooms. The location of the place is perfect for me, it is in the middle of Kilrush.

Bed & Room was very comfortable. Host communicated with us ahead of time to ensure a proper check-in and owns a charming little pub in the building. Great hot water, excellent location. And THANK YOU to the local patron who bought us a drink!!!!
No breakfast as advertised, but it was the end of the season, so, it was understandable.
