If a place can impersonate Tuscany, this is it. Calm and cozy village, the house was in the center of a pictoresque plaza with a fantastic vibe. The whole house was SUPER CLEAN, despite being and old fashioned one with many difficult to maintain spaces. Beautiful interior, quite well equipped kitchen. Books and guides in English all around the house. Comfy beds. Nice patio. Wifi stabile and there is a whole internet guide page for this place to help you out. Farmacy and a bar nearby. No larger store anywhere close, so stock up on the way there. A good base to reach a plenty of places in the region - we visited Pienza, baths of San Filippo, Montepulciano, San Galgano, Chiusdino, Siena in 2 days. We have spent the most wonderful evenings here and iIf we ever return to this terrific corner of the Earth we will definitely come back to this place at least for a week.

Hardly anything. If you would look for upper floor A/C controllers, they might be downstairs under the TV.
