"Comodo per eventi Stadio e Palasport"

Struttura scelta per un Concerto al Palasport raggiungibile in macchina in 15 minuti. Parcheggio comodo in strada. Struttura pulita e accogliente. La colazione già in camera con macchina del caffè e merendine varie, per il prezzo pagato ci può stare, dipende dalle esigenze. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile.

Dalla nostra stanza 3 si sentiva il rumore della palla di Padel, ci sono campi al chiuso ma si sentono i colpi, di domenica hanno iniziato a giocare alle 8:30, l’infisso é in legno.

Appartamento molto grande, ogni stanza ha il suo bagno in camera e c'è una cucina in comune dove il proprietario di casa, una persona davvero super gentile e disponibile, mette a disposizione degli Snack per la colazione. In camera trovi anche la macchinetta del caffè. Ottima accoglienza, tutto molto curato e pulito.

Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile, sia nel fornire indicazioni utili che nel risolvere tempestivamente qualsiasi necessità. La posizione è ottima e permette di trovare facilmente parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze. L’immobile è nuovo, ben curato e dotato di un sistema di climatizzazione che consente di rinfrescare l’intero appartamento.
