Lovely flat (comfy bed and a really nice shower) and the most caring owner. He recommended a really nice restaurant to us, which served the best food we had in Morocco. He and his family made absolutely sure we had a wonderful stay.

The kitchen could use some more equipment like a tea kettle or a pot in general, etc.

The appartment was nasty, the dishes were still dripping and half done when we came in. The room looked clean, from far away, but not when you were looking good. But the worse thing was: the whole toilet was still under the urine. We contacted the host, he came to check and he said it would be cleaned. However, when we came back it was only cleaned half and the complete seat was still under the urine. We decided to left the appartment and contacted the host for a refund. First he asked for pictures, then he said it was our urine. We replied that we were offended and would call booking. After that he said he was sorry, that it still was a mistake of the maid and that we would get a full refund. During over a week he replied that he would accept it from booking, but he never did, he now does not respond anymore. If you are looking for something cheap and don't care about urine and dirt, I would recommend his place. Otherwise, please look further. Ps. This is my first non 5 star review... he really earned it

Youssef is a very welcoming host and it is easy to communicate. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Superb value for money. We enjoyed breakfast in a cafe nearby, went for a walk along the lagoon and generally enjoyed the vibe of the town.

Ladies and Gentlemen In this letter I refer to the email from Akhouzine Fatima on the one hand and to the description of the accommodation in your portal and the related reviews on the other. In the email from Ms. Akhouzine Fatima, she claims that because of the apartment key, which we returned to Mr. Youssef as agreed about two hours after our cancellation, the landlord suffered damage because the alleged re-letting was not possible. This claim is incorrect. When we arrived, no apartment was rented and Mr. Youssef asked us to choose one of the available apartments. It is therefore almost certainly a protective claim that the landlord suffered economic damage as a result of our agreed key return. It is noticeable that there are no surrounding photos to be found on Hammadis House's rental offers. This is probably because the accommodation is on an unlit street opposite a littered wasteland. (see photos). The path to the actual beach in Oualidia is approx. 1.5 km long. The accommodation itself is, contrary to what the reviews on your portal suggest, not in a condition that can be described as clean. The kitchen was completely inadequately equipped and unhygienically dirty. The seating in the living room had not been cleaned in some places and was therefore dirty with crumbs. There were neither towels nor bed sheets in the apartment. When asked, Mr. Youssef wanted to convince us that the mattress cover was the bed sheet. To be fair, it must be noted that towels were supplied after vigorous and repeated demand. Mr. Youssef was verbally extremely aggressive both on the phone and towards me and my wife in direct contact. We found this behavior so threatening that my wife and I were happy to be able to leave this place. Due to these negative circumstances, we had to look for another accommodation in Oualidia, which also charged a significant surcharge on the normal price due to the short notice of the booking. We, and not Mr.

Youssef is an extremly welcoming host, the apartment is new and cozy and well located. Can't beat the price. We would come here again.

Before the lovely and comfortable apartment you will have the chance to sleep and relax in, there is Youssef and his charming family. Despite it was late during the day at our arrival, Youssef welcomed us with a Moroccan tea and sweets, sign of a warm hospitality. The double Rooms have just what one's need to relax, after a refreshing warm shower. Go and have a sit in the stylishly living room for a chat, relax or plan on visiting the outstanding landscape with beaches and bays just outside the doorstep, 10 minutes strolling down a picturesque walk. Youssef, his wife and lovely kids are a truly gem that worth a visit in your journey around Oualidia, please don't miss this opportunity.
