"A flat with a non working washing machine"

The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The reason to get an apartment is the washing machine. As this one is needed to wash our things after cycling. Now this flat has one, but does NOT work and we didn't get any help from the owner to fix it. So what's the point in a flat if you could go to a hotel to have better deal. In short: washing machine not working and no help received. Not recommend.

"almost perfect."

I loved the room and its location. Very clean apartment, comfortable for 3 adults. A bit of a drive, but easy to find and easy to get access keys. About 15 minutes from the center.

The host never came to greet us, or collect our ID documents. Check-in was over the phone. No paper towel, not enough toilet paper. A washing machine is available but not very easy to use. everything is in italian and there is an instruction booklet available that we followed to the T, and still couldn't get it to work. I contacted the host and he gave me quick instructions, which was exactly what I did before contacting him, he asked for photos of the washing machine showing my selections, but for some reason my phone couldn't send photos or videos, so I explained all the steps taken on trying to do my laundry, but i got no answer from the host at all. So I wasn't able to use that washing machine. But If you don't need to do laundry, or if you know how to use the machine, then this is a great apartment!

Super Clean and modern. Easy self check-in, easy parking.

Located far away from centrum so you can only go by car to the city and park there. Wifi is horrible … it should be 100% changed Sleeping couch is not even passable for one night… our friend left and took a hotel room extra even that we are paying for the extra person. Pillows are quite thin. The shower cabinet is supper tight for all sizes of people !

Plenty of space, good facilities, comfortable bed, good shower, air con.

Difficulty locating: thought apartment was central (ie- historical centre) but was actually in countryside, quite distant from centro. Poor wifi.
