Blisko morza, lecz dość daleko od stacji metromare, dzielnica brudna, wokół walające się śmieci, sklepy w dośc bliskiej odległości.

Czystość pozostawia sporo do życzenia, słabe wyposażenie kuchni, naczynia kuchenne stare i zużyte, zwłaszcza patelnia, wyszczerbione kubki, brak wieszaków w łazience, w jednej sypialni brak klimatyzacji.
