Clean, quiet, great view of coastline

Beautiful an comfortable.

Just not private enough in dining lounge,but view spectacular.

The views were amazing! The house was well appointed, clean and tidy.

The main sofa was very hard to sit on. However, other chairs were comfortable.

The views from the deck were fantastic. The kitchen is well-equipped. Beds are nice and comfortable. No blinds/curtains in the lounge/kitchen might not be to everyone's liking, but it certainly didn't bother us. A few minutes walk down to the beach - such a beautiful beach.

The chairs in the lounge could be a little softer. Having to take our rubbish away - especially when you pay a cleaning fee.

Loved the location, close to beach access, short trip into town. Place had everything you needed, rooms were big with comfy beds and cannot say enough about the view from every window of the place. Exceptional!! If you want a relaxing holiday look no further!

A comfier couch to relax on and watch the sunset on would have made it perfect but really couldn't complain about anything else!

Great place with great views. The property is private with ample parking. Two lovely decks with seating. Walking distance to Waiotahe bay and a few minutes drive to the supermarket. Good size kitchen and lounge for families.

As per a previous review, the lounge/ kitchen areas do not have curtains or window coverings so consider this if it will bother you. The dining chairs are really uncomfortable ( use a cushion or sit out on the deck) Rubbish has to be taken with you and there did not appear to be anywhere nearby to dispose of it.

A lovely, spacious holiday home equipped with everything you need. Amazing views, within walking distance to Waiotahe Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to come again.

Nothing major as we'd still book again - but drawers in bedrooms had an old musty smell and there were no curtains in lounge
