The view and location are great, very clean and comfortable.very good communication with the owner.

Couple of usb sockets and light bulbs were not working, but everything else was perfect.

1. Really awful situation with privacy, which is not shown in the owner's photos (attaching my photos): - in the kitchen corner windows (without blinds or curtains!!) facing common space of the complex, so all residents can see half of the room, including half of the bed... we had to buy paper and tape to cover the window - in the shower there is transparent window which faces some common area, like a storage room on the floor below in the stone, which means that the neighbors or some workers from that floor can potentially see you having the shower. Moreover, there is a fence complex above this storage room, in the fence there is some 30cm hole, so even strangers walking along the road they might see you in the shower... - semitransparent window between room and shower, which becomes almost transparent during the shower, so it means that your partner can see how you wash yourself 2. Not responsive owner, I asked him at least to establish the blinds in the kitchen corner, but he told that he can not change the interior, which is shown in the photos (why not?!). Moreover , these photos really look like misleading, as it is not clear how the windows faces the common area 3. Poor facilities: - broken left blinds on the left window facing the ocean (didn't close completely) - broken leg of a single chair - poor quality bed linen - not comfortable too single beds and pillows - the toilet doesn't flush well - no inverter to prevent loadshedding - no AC
