"Lovely, minimalist flat with every convenience."

Deceptively spacious, lovely patio garden with lavender plants. Very clean and well equipped.

Nothing, everything worked. An instruction sheet would have been useful, and perhaps a pint of milk and some teabags on arrival!

"Really lovely flat with a few tiny niggles."

Decor, style and cleanliness.

Shelves above the sinks in en-suite and main bathroom made them almost impossible to use. The main bedroom only has a French door. It felt unsafe to sleep with it open with only a garden gate separating us from the path. The lock of main entrance doors to the kitchen are very difficult to operate. They need fixing. We ended up going in and out of the bedroom French door.

"Lovely flat in Aldeburgh"

Perfect location, only 10 minutes walk into town. Really quiet. Two small supermarkets at the end of the road. Cute little garden. Compact but lovely flat with all the basics you need. I would definitely stay here again - really relaxing and comfortable. Parking space outside. Great base for visiting the whole area.

En-suite bathroom very compact with tiny basin and narrow shower, so might be an issue if you're larger. Not much storage space in the main bedroom. Chest of drawers in second bedroom, though. These are really minor things - otherwise all great.

"All in all we have a lovely few days and we wished we could have stayed longer."

The property was in a good location just 10 minute walk down into Aldeburgh for those who can walk. Private parking space is at the end of the garden. The garden was lovely real sun trap in the afternoon. In side the flat was clean and well equipped all on one level which was good for my parents who have limited mobility. There is a small Tesco and co op just at the end of the road. Also the Railway Inn also at the end of the road was great. It served very reasonably priced pub food. Very generous portions!

The car parking space is quite tight if you have a wide car fortunately it wasn’t a problem for us as the surrounding properties didn’t appear to be in use.and the other parking spaces were empty.
