I took a chance booking this place because Booking.com said it was new to their service and had no ratings. However, they said this property had very good ratings on a previous booking site. My primary draw to this property was the view, and I will say that the view did not let us down. The service and condition, let us down. The flat was priced pretty high, so we expected much more from this booking. Things started badly when we did not get any instructions on how to find or enter the property ahead of check-in. Locating it was tricky. We asked random strangers in the area and they helped us find it. We had to contact the letting agent and wait for instructions on how to get in to the flat. We were very frustrated and disappointed at that point. The instructions were supposed to have photos to show you which lock box was to this property, but the photos didn’t come through. We entered the property after about 30 minutes of waiting out front, there were no instructions within the flat about anything at all. We needed the wifi code as mobile signal there is bad. We had to contact the letting agent again for wifi information. The windows were tricky to operate, with mold and mildew all around them. It's not a healthy environment. There should be safety railing at the bottom of the windows, which go to the floor and the mold neds cleaning. The layout is awkward because everyone who wants to take a bath has to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the full bathroom in the flat. Thankfully, there is also a powder room available. The full bathroom has a window right at the entry to the building, so people can look into the bathroom through the clear glass. Those windows should be etched. If you decide to book this property, bring your own toilet roll, coffee, tea, and everything else. There was coffee in the cupboard, but the package had been opened up and just left open. The kitchen and bathrooms were neat and tidy but fixtures show signs of wear.
