Great location, clean and tidy with enough appliances and equipment to stay for a week!

- broken beds - no heating in one bedroom made that room really cold! - only 2 forks for a place that sleeps 8 people - hand soap could be provided

NOT GOOD NEEDS DEEP CLEAN , NEW MATRESSES , NO TEA TOWEL OVEN GLOVES FILTHY , LIGHTS MISSING AND BROKEN IN KITCHEN NO HEATING IN BEDROOM MAIN HEATING NOT WORKING LEGS ON BED BROKEN

Easy location and close to city centre

Some of the beds were flimsy and could do with being upgraded

The location was central

The entrance was terrible codes to get in which we couldn’t get to work there was no lift and we were on the top floor we had a partly sighted woman and a lady in her late seventies who struggled with the stairs the stairs were disgusting and dirty

The location was good

There has obviously been some previous damage by other guest. The bathroom door was warped, the kitchen cupboards looked like they had seen better days and there was a couple of the fittings that looked partly broken. It appeared clean but the floors were dirty. My friend had been walking round in a pair of white socks. After just a few minutes they were dirty. The beds were clean and there were clean towels. There was a few cobwebs on the light fitting’s where I slept.

It was very central, very clean all we needed for 1 night.

Location is okay

Absolutely filthy No working WiFi Tv didn’t work Just grimey and dirty with a horrible drainage smell, no help from the host whatsoever that bad we had to leave and book somewhere else! The place needs gutting and starting over such a shame because it could be a lovely place with a whole revamp.
