Hotel Vedic Inn

Absolutely Nothing. A terrible stay.

This hotel is not at a level to host international clients. The shower sprayed the hotel refused to fix it from the first day. The hot water is switched off and we had cold showers on both days. The aircon is also controlled by the hotel and is switched off all the time. The rooms had a horrible smell and were full of mosquitoes. Rooms were cleaned very superficially. And when you request for towels or anything, it never arrives even if you keep calling. Communication in English is a huge challenge. There isn't any options for breakfast, and it's a standard menu whether you eat what's provided or not. Rooms have no windows. It was a terrible experience, and we ended up taking ill due to the cold showers. We also struggled to get a payment receipt upon check out. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

This is a small hotel with only about 8 rooms in four floors. The rooms were nice and clean and well maintained. Room size was also ok. Clean bed linen and towels were provided. In the morning, however, sun shine is too bright as the window seems to face the easterly direction.

Very poor service. The service person take enormous amount of time to attend to your needs. The break-fast is supposed to be included in the rent. But you have no choice about the menu and have to eat whatever and whenever the cook prepares. There are no other restaurants near by and so you are in a catch 22 situation.

There was nothing that we liked. A BAD EXPERIENCE OF THE LIFE TIME !!!!

Review for Vedic Inn, Ayodhya I recently stayed at Vedic Inn in Ayodhya and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by the unpleasant smell and the overall lack of cleanliness. The room was not only dirty, but it also felt neglected, which was very disappointing. The bathroom was particularly problematic. It was wet and not cleaned properly, which made it uncomfortable to use. I requested a bathmat, hoping to at least address the wet floor issue, but to my surprise, the staff seemed unfamiliar with what a bathmat was. This lack of basic hospitality was frustrating. As for the food, it didn’t meet expectations either. The quality was below par, and it didn’t enhance my stay in any way. Overall, Vedic Inn is not well maintained, and I regret following the recommendation from Booking.com. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay in Ayodhya. There are certainly better options available. I should have checked out there and then....

Neat & clean room. Proximity to Ram Janambhoomi, easy transport availability to & fro Ram Lala Temple.

Breakfast start time is late. It should start latest by 7:00 a,m. We missed having our entitled Breakfast due to late start.
