Quality Inn by Lawrence Hotels

The locality is happening and is close to mall road. The hotel premises are clean and the rooms were big enough with good balcony space. The mountain view from the terrace was amazing. Room and restaurant service was excellent. Special kudos to Steve and Sanjay from the restaurant who were very courteous and helpful. Overall a nice stay.

Nothing much. They can have better options in the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast served was below average - they need to improve a lot on food quality.

The room given to us had a good view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable though the hot air from AC was not that effective. The overall stay was pleasant.There were small provisional stores and eateries around.

The wash room had broken or missing items like hangers for hand towels and bath towels. The tea mug was chipped, and one of the room lamps was missing. Room amenities were provided per double occupancy and had to ask them for additional guests in the room. The breakfast was not great. But since it was a one night stay we did not highlight this to the hotel. Management needs to take care of these small things too to maintain the 4 star rating. The entry to the hotel had a steep entrance. The room night latch was broken.Tv was not functional due to wifi speed.
