I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay *extra taxes* that were *not mentioned at the time of booking*. When I requested a proper *tax invoice*, the staff *refused* to provide one, which raises serious concerns about transparency and legality. What made things worse was the *unprofessional and arrogant attitude* of the staff. When I questioned the charges, I was told, *"If you want to stay, stay. Otherwise, go somewhere else."* – extremely rude and unacceptable behavior for any hospitality business. This kind of conduct not only feels like a *scam* but also leaves a terrible impression on guests. I strongly advise others to *avoid this place* unless the management takes responsibility and improves their service and transparency.

Rooms are not clean. Really old rooms and beds.
