Everything, perfectly positioned near Herculaneum and it was nice for our needs. It was very comfortable and we will be back.

Location is convenient if you are looking to figure out the train from Napoli, not an easy system to get you head around but just know that the Vesuvius Line at Garribaldi station is your friend :) The Bnb is located a 10 minute walk from the station and right next to Herculanium (a miniature pompeii). Although, getting back by public transport can be quiet challenging close to the final train times (leave PLENTY of room for changes in timetable etc), we often found ourselves with a long walk! The little delistore next door was fantastic, wonderful proscuitto sandwiches and local legends of pizza Rovi - couldnt reccomend enough. As you can tell the location is what you make of it, plenty to adore if you're willing to spend the time to figure it out. The room was clean and modern and bed was comfortable.

The bad news :( The property was falsely advertised as having a fully functional kitchen and oven — neither of which existed in the room we were given. There were no gas or electric connections, and no attempt was made to fix this despite the host claiming installers would come. It was clearly never set up to begin with. When we raised our concerns, Lucia was dismissive and unhelpful. We also experience occasional screaming and noise from the rooms above, not the hosts' fault just something to keep in mind. To make matters worse, after we checked out (leaving the place clean and in good condition), the host falsely accused us of vomiting on the floor. Luckily, we had taken photos before leaving and, when confronted with this proof, she backtracked and told us, "I don’t care, whatever, just give me the money for taxes." The experience felt dishonest and hostile. HOWEVER - If you do have a chance to stay in Ercolano, please do, it is a charming town full of personality

Perfect location: a train station is in 10 mins, a beach in 30 mins, a supermarket in 5 mins. Naples are reachable by train within 30 mins. We loved the neighborhood and restaurants nearby. The apartment, in general, was nice and clean.

The apartment only has two small windows and can be hardly ventilated. It was very humid. The kitchenware was very cheap. I haven't seen cheaper ones. We could use them, but I strongly recommend the host investing in better quality pans, pots, kettle.

Cheap option

Bedsheet smells dirty and dusty. Sound insulation is horrible. People hanging outside the door till late night.

Wifi worked great, we had peace when we needed it, and some of the members from our group were very pleased with the table and chairs outside. The apartment was very clean as well and has a very good location in Ercolano.

Only one thing - we couldn't close the windows because they were positioned too high.

Excellent appartment. Very modern and clean. Superb shower, comfortable bed. 2 large screen smart tvs and excellent WiFi. Very close to Herculaneum excavation. Security is good.

Being built under a bridge, it is quite cave like with no windows and zero mobile signal.

The host was very nice and ready to answer any questions through Whatsapp. The apartment was great as shown at the pictures and close to public transportation.
