Clean room, basic limited facilities

No efforts to provide services, little tough owner, non cooperative, a little arrogant, no mirror in toilet in washbasin area, reminder required for drinking water, etc, no toilet kits, no hand towels, no luggage pickup help.

Very simple and normal . Can be improved slightly better way

Television not working properly and no technician available also to rectify the issues

The rooms were very well maintained, and regular room cleaning was done.Every 2nd day, fresh towels were given. I booked a room for me and my family. They provided us 2 bottles per head/day. I think that's very kind of them to do. What surprised me the most was their food service. They have a small kitchen on the 6th floor where they prepare a limited amount of food on demand(lunch and dinner). The breakfasts were very simple,healthy, and decent with multiple options. If you'd like to have a specific meal for lunch &dinner ,you have to order at least an hour before. The staff were very professional. Thank you so much for the service!

I didn't know 4 rotis with roasted potatoes and beans+ plus 2 lemon juice could cost me 600Rs😂 but since the food was healthy and we went there for dining in short notice, i had to keep my mouth shut. I think they have something against students or guests in general. I went there to check in with my sister and her friends, who are students in the nearby university. The receptionist at the front desk made such a face when he saw them that i had to hide my laugh, and he said immediately, "guests are not allowed." I actually felt very bad, but it was obvious that they had issues with students before. Other than this, i honestly can't say anything wrong about my stay there.
