Cozy by Funwahn

It’s an excellent location. Super quiet, but within walking distance of loads of great cafes and restaurants. On Sundays, the Sunday walking street is a two minute walk away. But somehow the place is still always quiet! This is my second time staying here. I’ve been visiting Chiang Mai for years and I love staying here.

Some of the toilet fixtures are a little dated and could use an upgrade.

It was cozy, clean and good price. For a double room just paid 10 dollars.

I love the property. It’s a really great location and for $10 a night. It’s the best room ever.

It was a bit odd. They locked the doors and I could not get out after 12 AM. I wanted to go to the night market, but I was locked in my room.

There's no staff there. When someone appears, just ignore you. When I arrived, there was no toilet paper. When asked, he gave me one used on his table. Besides, in the next days, there was no water for some hours. I spent a lot of time solving stupidities instead of visiting the city.

It was simple and clean, big window and strong lamp in the ceiling. I had a really nice visit. Not much staff around, but easy to reach on phone. Comphy beds.

A wish would have been a little reading lamp since the big lamp was so strong. There was a little button next to my bed, so Maybe there was one hidden in the interiors just that it didn’t work (?)

Location was inside the old city. Easy walking distance to the major sites.

Very difficult to find esp at night down a dark alley and hidden behind a defunct bakery. No lights on for self check in, no staff no reception. Rather confusing procedure. No housekeeping. Only time you see staff is when they come at night to prepa room for the next bewildered guest. Had same towel and bedding for a week.
