The location is great

Extremely dirty, dust and hair everywhere, the towels looked old and dirty, the bed and the bed sheet where dirty, the pillows were extremely old and uncomfortable, there was like rest of insects or something.

Great location. House has all the amenities you need.

Host attached a guide on how to collect the keys however it wasn’t clear enough. However they immediately responded to my messages and I was able to enter smoothly.

It is adequate for a short stay. Has all needed commodities and very cosy.

A day before, I got to know that the flatlet was on third floor. Upon arriving there, there was no lift and instead found very uncomfortable communal stairs to go up. Not ideal for families with young children.

Comfortable, nicely furnished, great location, helpful.

Minor grumble but the toilet door didn't make things very private!

Comfy mattress, nice duvet/bedding. Great air con, and pretty much everything you need, even umbrellas! Good use of this small space, nicely decorated, perfect for what we needed and would happily use again. Lovely friendly older neighbours on this floor. Central location and near everything and close to tram station,various restaurants, bars etc. .apartment windows are not near actual street so zero noise carries in.

TV had no channels/cable so wasn't useable and was not a smart TV so couldn't hook up with my phone/tablet either or Bluetooth. No lift, tough with heavy suit cases up 3 floors Need more clear instructions to find the actual apartment /which exact door. A person on the ground floor was drunk and rowdy 2 early mornings. He awoke whole building but police removed him. It is outside the owners control so no action required just please be careful /aware.
