Big room and confortable bed.

There was Not a good experience at all. First to say is there is a very bad organization on the part of the administration for the room assignment, although I sent an e-mail to ask about how to get in to my room or know wich one, I did not receive any more instructions than only how to get into the house, when I arrived there was not way to know until I call 3 times. I booked a bedroom with a private bathroom and I was surprised that to use the bathroom I had to walk down a hallway and through the kitchen, living room/dining room and finally the bathroom! The last night when I returned from it I found a man in his underwear in the kitchen. The first night I reported that the heating was on in my room (it was 25° outside) they did not believe me and the response I received was that they turned it off and could see from the mobile application that it was off... that they were sorry but they couldn't turn the sun off...On the third night in my support, 2 of the guesses also reported it and it was not until then that they took action on the matter. I never felt comfortable in that place and much less safe, I found the main door (next to my room The bay room") not only unlocked but also wide open.

Warm welcome, comfortable, homely atmosphere. The hostess Laura, was on hand for any questions we had. There was plenty of information available on good places to eat etc.

The single beds were very small. We also could only open the bedroom windows two inches, which was unconfortable during a heatwave. I also didn't like the foliage growing in through the bedroom window.

The dragonfly experience was absolutely incredible. Honestly best place I've stayed in Glastonbury. Home away from home. So happy I found this gem and will definitely be back to visit again soon.

Close to buses and transport

The house had a fantastic energy and was a beautiful and extremely clean space. It's located on a quiet road.

The location was within walking distance to the charming shops, cafés, small supermarket plus health food shop. It was close to the Tor, the Chalice Well and the Glastonbury Abbey to name just a few of the popular destinations here. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

it was not including breakfast, but there was a kitchen for use by any guest, including a coffee maker. So breakfast was easy to make for our selfs. the room was spacious, the house is very close to the centre of glastonbury, with the car parked in the street (no parking fee's) any tourist destination in Glastonbury was in walking distance.
