AUComfortable, cozy and practical, this property was the perfect pick for the cold december air!
SGThis place is a great and quiet neighbourhood. They have 3 doors leading to the living room, which can help keep the heat in the house and the cold out. They have a full kitchen with some basic condiments for cooking. They have 1 heater in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. There is more than enough floor space in the bedroom to open the luggages on the bedroom floor and walk about for a family of 4. Basic toiletries with towels provided. The house smelt really nice and fragrant.
The black out curtains were not really opaque enough. When day breaks at 5am+, the entire bedroom becomes very bright. People who are light-sensitive sleepers might be affected. Husband was 1 of them and he had to wake up earlier than his usual as he could not go back to sleep. Unfortunately, to enter the house, you will need to climb up a flight of stairs. If you have a big and bulky luggage, this could be a hassle.
THVery good interior design, good quality furniture and equipment. very clean. beautiful Japanese garden and owner's mother who live in 1st floor was so nice to us, she give me a sweet melon.

The mattress is a bit too soft, particularly for elderly parents.

It's a two-story house with no elevator, and my husband carried our big and heavy luggage to the second floor, which was dangerous because the stairs were narrow and steep.
SGThe bedrooms were comfortable and provided us a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed and the living room was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The water pressure in the bathroom was great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying here.
