Was in a quiet location on the park and the caravan had lots of additional extras such has WiFi and air fryer they even left a welcome pack

Their wasn’t anything we didn’t like other than the weather

Nothing , everything was better than we expect it.

Great caravan in a perfect location, end spot so nice and quiet. Also lots to do in the area with not been far from lakes and a few local nice pubs too. Facilities were spot on, big tv , air fryer etc . The hosts couldn’t do enough , any issues and they was fast to respond and get facilities management out to fix. Ideal if you have a dog, even get a hamper on arrival with a few bits which is a nice touch. Will be back if staying up this way again.

For me it was perfect as it was at the back of the haven site away from the entertainment etc which I’m guessing in season could be loud but if you like to be closer it’s little walk to get to where the rest of the on site bar/ shop etc is. But I personally prefer this, plus it’s not too far … you can see the location on the sites map

I liked that it was in a lovely peaceful part of the park. I was there with elderly family and this suited them perfectly. We had a lot of rain so it was great that there was plenty of games and books available if you needed them.

There was only 1 problem but didn't spoil our holiday at all, one of the bedside lights in one of the twin rooms didn't turn on as the switch was broken.

Lovely clean caravan with secure wrap around decking to keep the dogs enclosed! Loved they allowed our two dogs to holiday with us & great welcome pack with wine & toiletries:)

All met our expectations

A gorgeous property. The decor was nice. It was clean and comfortable. We were left a lovely welcome basket of goodies and the caravan was well equipped with tea, coffee etc. Communication was great and the hosts were really helpful. There isn't anything bad I can say about the property.

There was nothing we didn't like. The caravan was one of the furtherest away from the centre of the holiday park, ideal for a quieter break. It was near the other lake which had a little cafe. We thought the haven activity passes were very expensive. It cost £171 for the passes for just 2 nights which only included swimming and entertainment, all other activities were extra.
