Just phenomenal! If you want to feel special and really have an amazing time this is the place. The guest house is beautiful and with the best view on the island and a short walk to the Portree town (5 mins). It is an extension of a beautiful hotel so you have your privacy but with all the amenities of a high end hotel (breakfast, access to dinner, cleaning service, etc…) The hot tub with a full view of the lake is the perfect place to end the day after a hike and they have thought of it all - fully stocked mini fridge with gin tonic, beers and everything for a capuchino. Truly worthwhile - highly recommend.

Accommodations and staff are amazing! Location is perfect with beautiful views of Loch Portree and mountains; close to town. Incredible breakfasts included in the price (just a short walk up private drive to the Cuillin Hills Hotel). Mini bar and hot tub. Highly recommend.

Wonderful. Spectacular location and amenities. Even the breakfast accommodations at the nearby hotel (3 min walk) had amazing views and was delicious.

So beautiful, like a spa. It may be the most beautiful, peaceful , romantic room I’ve ever stayed in. So much thought and care in the design. Very large private suite, quiet with gorgeous views, fantastic bed, linens and pillows. Loved the local Isle of Skye beer and ground coffee provided in the room. Really enjoyed using the French press and the beautiful electric kettle to make my early morning coffee. So much attention to detail. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Very easy walk to Portree for our dinners which was great after all the driving we did during the day. Enjoyed our daily breakfast at the hotel and cocktails in the hotel lounge. Lane did a great job introducing me to an approachable whisky. Leah was easy to reach and did a great job helping us secure dinner reservations. Great to meet Edward and learn about the building of the guest suite.

Need to put a pair of scissors in the room to open the bag of coffee. Wish the weather was better so we could have spent more time on the private deck.

Amazing place and responsive & friendly host! The views from the room and hot tub are amazing and everything is designed so aesthetically, even prettier than on the pictures. The provided yoga mats were definitely a plus for us as well as the local products.
