The location is nice. Very near to the beach. The room is very spacious and price is very reasonable. Perfect for our stay in Pattaya. The road here isn't as crowded as Bangkok. The staff are very friendly and they allowed us to check out two rooms before we chose the one that we liked.

A bit noisy due to music from the bars at night esp during our stay because it was Songkran festival time.
