The host cancelled the booking as I was walking from the railway station

The proximity to Brindley Place. Reasonably quiet. Easy to get to, great TV with access to all channels and good WiFi. Fantastic hot shower. Excellent heating system and easy to operate.The kitchen facilities were good.

The poor quality pillows which had been washed and were lumpy, the folding bed with little or no mattress (in the end my daughter and I had to share the bed. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable as a sofa). The mattress in the bedroom was not very comfortable. Only supplied with two pillows - there should be two more if you can bring yourself to sleep on the sofa bed. Also, for two people we only had one large bath towel and a medium towel. It would be useful to have been provided with tea towels and perhaps two water tumblers. Also, it would have been a big bonus to have had access to the property at 3:00pm as was confirmed in your email. That was not a good start to our weekend. This could be a really good Airbnb with just a few upgrades to the furniture and bedding.

No pillows or sheets for sofa bed only 1 large towel and 1 small towel for 3 people,no very clean,sent messages to let them know that we needed the bedding and towels but this didn't happen 😡

The location was perfect for our stay. A great place for a couple of nights. I enjoyed that some of the streaming services were logged in on the TV so could easily access.

Only one towel provided for two people, some basics missing from the kitchen like scissors and tea towels. Cleanliness ok.

Everything was as I expected.

Ideal location for Birmingham

The apartment was clean and good. Location is good as well, near to city centre.

The only thing is - hair drayer is not available though it was written in the description that it is available.

The location was great is the centre close to the ICC
