Beachfront condo at Costa Azul

This was the ideal location. The property is clean, convenient and spacious for a couple. The view of the ocean and the sound of the water was wonderful. It was great to be close to the rainforest, kiosks, and biobay. The hosts were very responsive with any questions. The kitchen was very convenient to cook in. It exceeded our expectations.

It was fine for us given fans and a strong cross breeze but it should be noted the AC is only in the bedroom.

It was steps to the beautiful beach and had a large swimming pool. The apartment is on the 16th floor so there was a gorgeous view and you could hear the waves as you fell asleep. It’s a gated community with plenty of parking. It was immaculate with everything you need, even the Tide pods for the washer. I didn’t see a hair dryer and texted the owner and she brought a brand new one and delivered it that evening. It’s like staying at a fancy hotel but with all the comforts of home.

Location is great, condo was super clean and comfortable.

Did not like that the pool and beach doors lock at 7pm, so your access is limited to only the front door of the building. Elevator was scary.

Perfect location. Building with security. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Staff we met at the entry gate and the front desk were both very friendly, both spoke excellent English.

Short walk to beautiful beaches, apartment was well equipped with everything for a beach vacation. We were not lacking anything, but host Marcos checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Beautiful view of water from the balcony.

Shower may need some adjustment, hot and cold vacillates.

Although being a good base to visit El Yunque, the town itself turned out to be quite uninteresting, but we only stayed for a day
