La posizione e l ottimo stato dei materassi e cuscini NUOVI . Serramenti altrettanti nuovi e il clima in camera .

Il bagno , molto fatiscente , i cassetti del mobile inutilizzabili , le tubature della doccia arrugginite e i soffioni pieni di calcare , la doccia molto stretta anche se lunga . Il condizionatore durante la notte ha improvvisamente cominciato ad andare in tilt , continua ad aumentare e diminuire la temperatura da solo producendo dei fastidiosi rumori nonostante ciò ha mantenuto un ottima temperatura nella stanza . La zona comune non è climatizzata e ciò crea un fastidioso sbalzo termico oltre che rende difficile restare nel corridoio dal troppo caldo . La struttura del palazzo è datata e la scala un po’ angusta e datata .

Posizione perfetta, dietro al teatro bellini. Camera grande e con due balconi. Presenza di frigorifero. Check-in comodo da fare in autonomia a qualsiasi ora.

La zona di notte in estate è veramente rumorosa. Musica ad alto volume fino al mattino

Posizione centrale, accoglienza super gentile, massima disponibilità. Letti comodi e stanza pulitissima. Caffè e acqua sempre disponibili.

Servirebbe un po' di manutenzione a box e colonna doccia. Delle tende oscuranti migliorerebbero le ore di sonno mattutine

"It was a super nice vacation"

The host and the cleaners were super nice and helpful! We even had a chance to drop off our luggage earlier than the check in time and it was in a perfect area. We asked for toilet paper and shower gel and it was no problem next day the cleaner gave us.

I had some problem with the shower as it was always hot or cold the water we couldn’t figure it out and also I think they can work on to keep in good condition.
