Cozy Sodermalm Studio for Four

The stay was exceptional. Clean, nice, fresh and new. Also. 1Gbps wifi, wow.

There was no such thing. We lvoed everything.

The area was great.

There was drilling right into the side of our wall every day and even Saturday and Sunday. There was no tv. The bathroom flooded easily despite being a wet room. The drainage stank and the smell was disputing. The towels were tiny.

L'emplacement de l'appartement était très bien, chouette quartier. Tout était très propre, cuisine assez bien équipé. Aucun soucis avec les codes pour rentrer

N'était pas super conforme aux photos mises sur le site, la salle de bain est assez précaire. Malheureusement le bâtiment était en travaux donc réveillés par des bruits de perceuses

L’équipement présent , l’environnement calme , la facilité d’accès

Les rideaux pas assez occultants , beaucoup de lumière assez tôt le matin Parfois des bruits de travaux le matin mais ce n’est pas si dérangeant L’état de certains équipements de cuisine (grille-pain , four)

No luggage storage. Very precise about check in and out. Check in was 4pm check out 10am. Hardly a ‘night’ if short term stay. So one thing to be aware off. Especially after you book.

The area is great. The accommodation is decent in terms of the rooms and space its self. The building is like an old industrial building loading and storing furniture or materials. Depending what on you expect. It’s unfair to give this a high rating - it’s a solid 6 overall

Clean, organised, helpful and absolutely kind landlord, good location

The flat was clean and relatively spacious. We liked that it had well equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Bathroom was clean. The location was close to the centre and ideal for walking in Södermalm. There is also nearby metro for longer journeys. And Lidl in close distance for groceries. All in all, it was a comfortable stay in this facility.

The interior was simple and a little basic. The price was a bit high for what it can offer.

Appartamento sufficientemente ampio dotato di tutti i principali comfort. Ottima posizione in prossimità di fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere comodamente il centro. Comunicazioni con lo staff veloci ed indicazioni per il self check in chiare.

Con una cabina al posto della tenda per la doccia l'appartamento sarebbe stato perfetto
