The apartment was very clean and private. Despite being in the center of the city, we never heard any traffic. The host also communicated very well and helped us enter the apartment.

Very lovely apartment in a nice building extremely convenient to my primary place of work.

I am not a smartphone user and the logistics of getting in and out proved fairly tricky for me as a foreign visitor without Italian phone.

The apartment is well located, close to Porta Nuova station, all the central attractions can be reached by foot. Carrefour express is just several buildings down the street. The building is nicely renovated, well secured. Lots of codes to operate the three doors to the apartment, but as keys were also provided, we used them for a simpler entrance. Apartment faces the inner yard, nothing spectacular, but quiet at night. All the needed amenities were present to make the stay comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, even some coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil provided. The host was very kind allowing us to leave the luggage for a couple additional hours after check out. Some minor improvements could be made, but the overall experience was truly pleasant.

The sofa bed not very comfortable for two adults to sleep on, it was quite narrow and difficult to fold on/out. The latex pillows weren't that comfortable either, having a couple of standard pillows would be commendable. We missed the toaster in the kitchen, adding it would make the breakfast totally perfect.
