the property i was booked for my sister. there was no electricity in the property. but there was an electricity in the area . when we tried to call them no one answer the phone, we didnt see anyone.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced. Upon arrival, the host was nowhere to be found, did not answer messages or calls, and only tried to contact us three hours later—by which time we had already arranged alternative accommodation. The location is in a very bad area of Empangeni, with no parking available. The host has also refused to refund our week-long booking despite their complete lack of service. Extremely unprofessional—avoid at all costs.

I failed to find the place but the person responsible for the apartment come and pick us where we are. I can recommend them as best host .
